Rusk [fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt], dried soya protein, palm oil, stabiliser (methylcellulose), rice flour, salt, soya flour, modified potato starch, sunflower oil, flavourings (contain barley), colour (beetroot red)
Instructions for use: Place 150g of Sosmix into a bowl. Add 250ml of COLD water. Mix and allow to stand for 10 mins. Form into sausage shapes, fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown.
Store in a dry, cool place away from daylight. Batch 02
