Seed & Bean were established in 2005 to create an ethical range of confectionery. 100% organic, using small scale suppliers and being brave & wild with flavours. Seed & Bean are fairtrade where possible and all their products are ethically sourced and handmade in England. Their production is deliberately small with a batch size of just 45 litres compared to industrially produced chocolatiers who produce 20-50,000 litres a batch!

Seed & Bean have always made sure to be challenging with their flavour combinations, to create flavours that no one else is doing, and that you might have never seen or tried before.
